I have had kids come to me crying about it in the past you have no idea who these people are! Y'all have no business watching children at all Don't ever take your children here!!!!! They let me has a young child get psychically abused by the kids and it was mainly about race wars and because I was "white " they let kids beat me up every single I remember begging my mother to never let them watch me again i was forced to stay every summer and might add everyday after school because my mother was working two jobs just to support us i remember coming home covered in buises crying and begging them to do something to stop it! They didn't even wink an eye lash said if they didn't see it happen it never happened 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I pray this place gets shut down immediately and never gets reopen your staff was sorry as hell for letting that happen to me every single day!

My son went here for a few weeks. During those few weeks, we got notified the day of a closure in the morning AFTER our son went to school for two days of closure. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but for other people that short of a notice may be a problem with their jobs. Ultimately, I pulled my son out because I went to pick him up on 09/20 after school to which a lady said she did not know who my son was and there was no one who worked there on site. Very alarming, so I went inside anyway to search for my son…. PANICKED! Found out they were CLOSED and gave no notification of closure to us or the school. The director handled it great when I called her, but I got a call from one of the girls from Springfield afterwards to apologize and her apology was alarming. She said she was sorry, that she forgot to notify everyone. When taking care of other people’s’ children is your job, I do not understand how you can forget something so imperative. That gave me “Oh goodness, I swore I only had 22 kids when I went outside to play today, I forgot there was 30” vibes and I am not okay with that. It isn’t in a great area to start, but then having someone who forgets that there are children who go their daily whose parents need to be notified…. Way too alarming to trust with my child.
